Compulsory measures of educational influence in the criminal legislation of the post-Soviet countries

This paper presents a comparative legal study of the system of compulsory measures of educational influence (character) and the procedure for applying the latter in the criminal legislation of the post-Soviet countries. The purpose of this study is to find the most optimal and effective options for regulating the institution in question in the criminal law, and as a result, possible implementation and accounting for the development of measures to improve the Institute of PMV, individual norms and experience of foreign practice. The analysis made it possible to classify the main concepts of applying the institution of compulsory education measures, as well as to formulate a number of practical conclusions on improving the current criminal legislation.
