The ribbon of life is usually considered to be a striped as zebra reality, where crises alternate with stability periods with a stubborn permanency. The author tries to solve a difficult problem: how to build a system of a life-long education from kindergarten to higher educational institution following a fundamental nature-type law of "a striped life".
