Assignment to the performance of duties in kind, as an independent way of protecting the right

The article discusses such a way of protecting civil rights as an award in kind, which is an independent way to protect one's right, and also what should be understood as such an independent way of protecting civil rights, which is indicated in Article 12 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and what he is distinguished by the self-defence of his civil rights. Since this norm of civil law is a reference, we will be forced to refer to paragraphs 10, 11 and 12 of such a regulatory legal act as Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of June 23, 2015 N 25 "On the application by the courts of certain provisions of Section I of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation".
