Physical activity compliance and characteristics of students’ attitude to their health

Two groups of female college students are treated to consider the impact of their physical activity compliance expressed as systematic and regular training in specialized sports clubs, and mastering different health-improving systems on crucial factors and characteristics involved in shaping their attitude to their health and awareness of healthy life style issues. The results received testify that female physical activity compliance leads to motivated and supraliminal attitude to their health, interest in acquiring new information in the field of health using the source of expertise. These female college students for sure are more frequently involved in physical activity along with observing psycho hygienic norms such as sleep pattern and recreation schedule, treatment; they refuse from harmful habits, if any. In their turn, those female college students who are not physically active, in fact, nor join specialized sports clubs, neither make use of health-improving technologies to build up their health and are mostly characterized by health-seeking behavior.
