Adherence to therapy in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

Бесплатный доступ

Adherence to therapy was studied in 421 ambulatory elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). A low degree of compliance was associated with the stage of CHF, number of comorbidities, and the total number of medications. No evidence for commitment to therapy was found in terms of heart failure functional class, age, gender, and individual comorbidities.
