Актуальность. Проблема отказа пациентов от терапии при биполярном аффективном расстройстве остается актуальной, поскольку несоблюдение рекомендаций врача пациентами по-прежнему достигает высокого уровня и порождает множество негативных медицинских и социально-экономических последствий, несмотря на появление безопасных и удобных для применения форм лекарственных средств для лечения данного расстройства.
