Bringing to criminal liability for crimes committed in complicity: theoretical and practical aspects

The author examines current problems of the theory and practice of bringing to criminal liability persons for committing crimes in complicity. The author comes to the conclusion that various theories, as well as the lack of official interpretation and explanation of some objective and subjective features of crimes committed in complicity, lead to different resolution of cases in judicial practice.
