Attraction of "versed people" to advice by the defense counsel

The cases and reasons of attraction of the versed people to advisory-information activity by the defense counsel. Importance of the results of this activity for the substantiation of the position in criminal case and their influence on the proving process are shown. Reasons for getting an opinion from versed people by the defense counsel are given. These с consultations got in writing influences on the internal beliefs of the law enforcing bodies as well as orienting, not-procedural information.
