Signs of a crime in the form of extortion in criminal legislation Soviet state

The characteristics of the characteristics of such a property crime as extortion in the criminal law of the Soviet state are presented. The relevant articles of the Criminal Codes of the RSFSR of 1922, 1926, 1960 are analyzed. It is concluded that in Soviet criminal law the elements of extortion were included in all criminal codes, while there was a tendency to first simplify and then complicate the composition of this socially dangerous act against property.
