Signs of public authority in the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

The signs of public authority were formulated not only in theoretical works, but also in acts of constitutional justice. In the article, the author explores the history of the formation of ideas about the signs and concepts of public power from the point of view of the doctrine of constitutional law and the practice of constitutional justice. The conclusion is made about the important contribution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to the process of understanding this phenomenon.
