Signs of «large-scale» and «especially large-scale» in the disposition of article 172.4 of Russian Criminal Code: amount or harm?

According to the author, the size of the "committed act" in Article 172.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation means harm caused to the debtor by the illegal activities of creditors. It is necessary to work out the value of the required amount of overdue debt in proving property and moral damage: this affects the perception of victims of threats and actions of creditors' representatives, the likelihood of damage to objects of criminal law protection (and the amount of property to be seized).
