Different approaches to the concept of "PR" are considered in the article, the main directions of PR activity in the restaurant business are analyzed, advantages and disadvantages are revealed, PR management tools are identified, and features of PR actions in the restaurant business are determined and illustrated by the example of three restaurants in Krasnodar.
