The problem of renting agricultural land plots

The article discusses some problematic issues arising in the field of agricultural land lease. The author examines the controversial issues of renting this category of land plots by foreign citizens, as well as the relationship between the norms of civil and land legislation on lease. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that it is necessary to improve the norms of modern land legislation. Also, within the framework of this article, possible solutions to this problem are proposed.
