The problem of myopia among students of the XXI century

The theme of preservation and promotion of health is currently the most relevant. The nature and role of loads on the body are changing more and more, thereby increasing the risk of developing its defects. Considering this problem, one cannot ignore the health of the visual organs. So, today almost every person - a child, a teenager, an adult - has a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or computer, to which he devotes almost all his time. But what threatens such frequent use of gadgets? As you know, most young people suffer from myopia. We conducted a sociological survey, the purpose of which was to identify the problem of myopia among students of the Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University.
