The problem of myopia among students of the XXI century

Without vision, life is devoid of colors and a full life is impossible. There are eye diseases, among which myopia is a disease of the 21st century. Health, including the eye, is better preserved and strengthened. We conducted a sociological survey, the purpose of which was to study the influence of myopia on the lives of students of Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University. The results of the conducted research can be used in the framework of physical education classes with students of secondary, special and general educational institutions in special medical groups; in classes in groups of therapeutic physical culture, when compiling program and methodological material and complexes of therapeutic gymnastics, and can also be recommended for independent use.
