The problem of abandoned shares of lost shareholders in light of the positions of lower-level courts

The article considers the development of judicial practice in relation to the problem of "lost" participants in corporations. An analysis is made of the positions of lower-level courts formed over the period since the issuance of the Rulings of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of 15.12.2022 N 304-ES22-10636 and of 31.01.2023 N 305-ES22-13675. The results of the study are conclusions on the need to further consolidate the position regarding the shares of persons who do not exercise their corporate rights for a long period of time.
