The problem of bullying against teachers

The article focuses on the personal characteristics of teachers who are bullied, describes the study of bullying against teachers, identifies micro social factors of bullying. The analysis of the personal characteristics of teachers - potential victims of bullying is presented. The article shows that the lack of empathy in the teacher makes it difficult to build harmonious relations with students and adequately response to complex situations, and increases his risk of being bullied by students. Empathy development can be one of the protective measures against bulling in teacher professional activity.
