The problem of Other in the philosophical theory of communication

The article is considered introduced Other, in philosophy largely in connection with the development of the development of theory of communication, when the existence of Other was recognized as a fundamental characteristic of a persons existence. The paper analyzes the interpretation of the Other in the existential and dialogical I-Thou relations.
