Problem of formation of spiritual and moral values of minors' convicted female prisoners

The article discusses the formation of spiritual and moral values of minors’ convicted female prisoners in special conditions of the educational colony, and taking into account their gender features. To socially significant problems of modern society can be attributed to the reduction in the growth of juvenile crime control and prevention. The development of market relations in Russia is accompanied by a crisis of moral values that is due to the influence of its socio-economic development on people's minds. The issue of education and reeducation of minors has always been one of the leading in psychology and pedagogy. Particular importance in the prevention of juvenile delinquency female have a comprehensive study associated with identifying reasons and developing measures for their prevention. In these conditions great importance is the activities of educational colonies (EC) to correct minor female convicts, as the quality of educational work in them from the gender characteristics of a person depends largely on the success of prevention of offenses of persons in this category. In today's society is the important task of improving the efficiency of work with minors condemned in educational colonies. The effectiveness of corrections juveniles in the VC is largely determined by the performance of work on the formation of their moral values. Analysis practice and research in the field of spiritual and moral education of minors convicted female prisoners revealed a number of contradictions defined a research problem, which is the need for fundamental, comprehensive, and interdisciplinary study of the process of formation of spiritual and moral values convicted female minors in educational colonies.
