The problem of formation of universal humanistic values: one more utopia or another way to integration?

The article deals with the problem of harmonization of relationships between individuals and society based on a true humanistic basis. The author studies the difficulties of the formation of universal humanistic values in the circumstances of today's moral and economic and political crises of the late XX and the beginning of the XXI centuries.
