The study examines the problem of functional literacy of the individual in modern conditions. Functional literacy is considered as a systemic and multifunctional construct. The integrative and subject components of functional literacy are systematized; the specifics of its formation in conditions of limited health opportunities are clarified; the influence of digital resources and high-tech tools on the formation of functional literacy among students with disabilities is presented.
