The problem of language in Finno-Ugric world

It considers the problem of language, one of the most urgent problems in the Russian multicultural society. It states the development of national languages from simple primitive forms of communication, to the complex, polystructural linguistic units as the important factor in ethnic and cultural progress of the Finno-Ugric peoples of Russia.
