The issue of cultural and communicative system of relations in the information society

The article discusses the problem of representing the information society as a cultural and communicative system through the prism of information processes and phenomena. Based on communication theory, the cultural and communicative system has an impact on collective consciousness by transmitting, obtaining, maintaining and updating semantic and evaluative information. In modern society, cultural and communicative system reviews the system of relations in terms of the diversification, the pace of technological change, changes in mass production systems rather than quantity and quality. Information society as a cultural and communicative system has some features and symbols of mosaic culture. The authors apply a dialectic paradigm of cultural and temporal approach. According to this paradigm, the collective and spatial line of the civilizational model includes conflict dispersity (the inner component), nonfiction analysis (the external factor), social and cultural factors such as arts and beliefs (the meta-external component) and environment (the meta-external component).
