A problem of modernization management of the average versatile enterprises of corporate type

In the article are analyzed capitalization conditions of AVECT and a problem of modernization AVECT realization. The author leads arguments against a formalistic approach to modernization which is rather extended now and includes algorithmization and computerization of administrative function and decision-making process; it is underlined the necessity of the analysis of work organization system concept of the enterprise and development of the given concept originally at mental level.
