The problem of determining the place of the institution of representation in the system of subjects of the arbitration process

In this article, the author examines an urgent problem in the field of arbitration and procedural science, dedicated to the legal nature of the institution of representation and its place in the aggregate of participants in arbitration and procedural relations. Having analyzed the current legislation, scientific papers representing the main positions on this issue, the author concluded that the institution of representation is an independent phenomenon, and the representatives themselves are part of the group of "other participants in the arbitration process".
