Problem of determining the place of criminal provision provided by article 200.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

For a long time, the legal literature has formed an opinion regarding the content of the objective side of the crime, which is formed by actions (inaction), socially dangerous consequences and the cause of communication. Its optional features are considered the circumstances of the place and time, tools and means, the method and atmosphere of the crime. This article discusses the problems of determining the place of smuggling of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. The author analyzes the criminal and customs legislation in this area, with the aim of introducing amendments to the current law, namely the wording of the scene of the crime under art. 200.2 of the Criminal Code.
