The problem of determining the concept of corporate relations in Russian legislation

The article is devoted to the definition of the concept of corporate relations and corporations. Opinions of different authors are analyzed, various approaches to understanding these definitions are considered. The analysis of the current norms of the Russian legislation is carried out. It is concluded that corporate relations can arise not only within corporations. In conclusion, the author formulated the definition of corporate legal relations, taking into account the studied material.
