The problem of determining the legal nature of financial legal responsibility

The article considers the problem of determining the legal nature of financial and legal responsibility. Two approaches are analyzed on the independence of financial and legal responsibility and that financial and legal responsibility is part of administrative or state law. The concept of financial and legal liability in two meanings is considered, the signs of financial and legal liability that characterize it as an independent type of legal responsibility are disclosed, conclusions are drawn based on the analyzed material.
