Problem of implementation of citizens 'right to local self-government in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to some problems that arise in the process of exercising the right of citizens to the local self-government in Russian Federation. The concepts are given to the local self-government, the content of a citizen’s right to the local self-government is considered, dentified the main problems in the course of the implementation of these rights and given solutions, implementing which will improve the quality of local government and its interaction with citizens.
