The problem of distinguishing abuse of law from good faith behavior

The scientific article examines such concepts as "abuse of law" and "conscientious behavior". Comparing the Constitutions of different countries, it was revealed that the specific wording of the general prohibition of abuse of law may differ in different countries, but its purpose is usually one thing - to protect the rights and freedoms of each person and prevent violations that may harm others - the state or society as a whole. And such a problem was considered: how can legitimate behavior and conscientious behavior (sometimes conscientious delusion) be distinguished from intentional abuse of law?
