The issue of employer liability for employee mobbing

The article discusses the problem of employer liability for cases of workplace mobbing against employees. Based on legislative principles and moral norms, the author examines the public initiative to combat moral abuses, as well as legislative changes introduced to protect workers from insults and bullying in the workplace. The article also discusses the possibility of criminal liability for bullying on social media and the consequences of discrimination in the workplace.
