The issue of translation of foreign elements in the English children’s animation film

The article deals with the issue of the translation of the lexical foreign elements in the text of the English children’s animation film. There are considered the factors, influencing on the choice of the translation strategy, applying to these elements while creating the Russian dubbing. There are revealed the most widespread of these strategies. The authors analyze the potential of preserving the pragmatics of the foreign elements in the Russian version of the creolized text.
