Введение. Прогнозируемое значительное увеличение количества выполняемых операций эндопротезирования тазобедренных и коленных суставов в мире к 2030-2050 годам влечёт за собой прогрессивный рост частоты возможных осложнений артропластики, в том числе гнойной инфекции. Руководствуясь данными о модифицируемых факторах риска развития этого грозного осложнения, имеется шанс в периоперационном периоде повлиять на уменьшение вероятности проявления неблагоприятного сценария осложнений хирургического вмешательства. Цель. Систематизация информации о модифицируемых факторах риска гнойных осложнений эндопротезирования тазобедренного и коленного суставов и возможности влияния на них. Материалы и методы. Поиск литературных источников проводился в открытых электронных базах данных научной литературы PubMed, eLIBRARY, Scopus, Dimensions. Глубина поиска - 30 лет. Результаты. В обзоре проанализированы модифицируемые факторы риска, связанные с состоянием пациента, анамнезом, настоящим статусом, интраоперационными и послеоперационными хирургическими возможностями. Среди них наиболее доказанными являются курение, злоупотребление алкоголем, избыточная масса тела, ожирение, недостаточное питание, длительность операции, гематома в области послеоперационной раны. Дискуссия. Своевременно диагностированные модифицируемые предикторы гнойной инфекции могут быть откорректированы на этапе подготовки и проведения артропластики, а также в послеоперационном периоде. Взаимодействие специалистов амбулаторного и стационарного этапов ведения пациента в периоперационном периоде - необходимое условие для снижения риска развития гнойных осложнений артропластики тазобедренного/коленного суставов.
