On the problem of stimulation of pupils' media activity using media education technologies (in terms of “Newspaper in education project”, Ozyory town, Moscow province)

The article deals with some results of field research that measures pupils' media behaviour skills and reveals ways of improving them due to the set of media education technologies. Pupils of the gymnasium No 4 in Ozyory town, Moscow province were selected as an experimental base. Beside description of our research results, the article is filled by practical steps that can be implemented by both local authorities and local newspaper editorial boards in order they might work together for the better media-education of local children.
