The issue of submission of electronic documents as evidence in civil proceedings

The article deals with the use of electronic documents as evidence in civil proceedings. In connection with the rapid development of information technology, the current problem in the civil process is the legislative regulation of electronic information sources. The legislation considers electronic sources of information to be written evidence and should be attached to the case file. Therefore, there is a problem in the way and form of submission of an electronic source of information to the court as evidence in the case.
