Pedagogical traditions’ continuity in Russian vocal school

The article considers the performance and pedagogical traditions development of the Italian school «Bel Canto» in Russia. They are the base of the Russian classical vocal school which was created in consequence of the continuity as a result of hard and consecutive work of the outstanding Italian composers, singers, teachers of vocal and also Russian composers, singers-propagandists who were taught vocal mastery by Italian maestro in Russia and Italy during a long period of time.
