Проблема профессионального выгорания учителей специального дошкольного образования: причины, профилактика, решение

Актуальность статьи обусловлена ростом числа американских учителей специального образования, ушедших из профессии вследствие эмоционального выгорания. Авторы анализируют литературу, посвященную данной проблеме. Целью обзора явилось определение причин и следствий указанного феномена, а также поиск эффективных стратегий, которые могут избрать педагоги, администраторы и политики, чтобы минимизировать выгорание учителей и уменьшить текучесть кадров в сфере специального образования. Приведены признаки выгорания, определены внешние факторы эмоционального истощения, последствия этого состояния для учителей, учеников и школ. Предложены научно обоснованные стратегии для школьных администраторов и директивных органов. Обобщены рекомендации учителям специального образования.
