The article deals with the problem of human maladjustment in the modern world, identifies the causes and factors contributing to personality maladjustment, disclose the concept of "teenage revolution". We have proposed to solve the problem of personality maladjustment through the comprehended assimilation of historical and cultural experience, spiritual and moral values of previous generations in the form of participation in multifaceted dialogue of cultures. The textbook "Dialogue of Cultures" within an elective course developed by us is aimed at implementation of intercultural and interreligious dialogue principles and dialogue techniques in educational process. In the article we have disclosed the conceptual, methodological, scientific-theoretical and substantive aspects of the textbook.
