Issue of accelerated aging in different age human groups of Volgograd region

The work is devoted to the issues of accelerated aging in people of different age groups of Volgograd region. Studying the function of external respiration under physiological rest and during test load tests allows to establish markers of limitation of the adaptive potential in people of different ages. The negative dynamics of the indicators of forced expiration is due to a decrease in the strength of the auxiliary respiratory muscles, depending on age and gender characteristics. Identified markers of accelerated aging and the reduction of adaptive reserves must be considered when studying the influence of environmental factors on the phenomenon of “accelerated aging”.
