The problem of concluding and executing international treaties, as well as the application of the norms of private international law in modern realities

This article analyzes the problem of the conclusion and execution of international treaties, as well as the application of the norms of private international law in the formed modern reality. The illegality of sanctions imposed on certain types of private legal relations, as well as violation of the basic principles and norms of international law, is considered. Certain aspects of the economic and political crisis that negatively affect the dynamics of international private relations are identified. Based on the results of the work, a generalizing conclusion was formulated.
