Problems of obtaining the status of "bankrupt" for individuals in the Russian Federation

This article discusses the main aspects of the bankruptcy procedure in the Russian Federation. It is emphasized that this legal institution is relatively new, which requires refinement and improvement. In addition to the bankruptcy procedure itself, as well as the legal grounds for obtaining this status, the authors considered the legal consequences of obtaining the status of "bankrupt". The main problems related to obtaining the status of "bankrupt" were identified, as well as ways to resolve them, which the authors consider to be the most effective in this case.
