In article the problem of overcoming of xenophobia in the student's environment on the basis of sociocultural approach which allows to create conditions for the organization of leisure activity is considered, assumes combination of the content of welfare education in uniform pedagogical process on the basis of sociocultural values; provides harmonious spiritual and moral development of the identity of students, teachers and the immediate environment. The special attention is paid to the description of offered model of overcoming of xenophobia in the student's environment which represents complete system of pedagogical impact on the personality by means of various forms and technologies of the welfare activity, focused on formation of resistant immunity and counteraction to manifestations of an intolerantnost, extremism, aggression in relation to representatives of other culture or other world outlooks.
