The article explains why the problem-dialogical approach was chosen, defining the strategy of a teacher for developing the subject-moral position of school students; it reveals the purpose of problem-dialogical approach in order to develop such a position of a school student. The technology of an ethical dialogue is distinguished as a technology of implementation of the problem-dialogical approach.
