Problem training in system of the higher education: state and tendencies of development

It is shown that in contemporary cultural conditions problematical becoming the norm of professional activity. Based on the analysis of the main employers’ expectations from the graduates of the higher technical schools, as well as relying on the laws of pedagogy highlights the main requirements of a modern model of learning in higher education. The conclusion is that in today’s higher education Problem-based learning should be seen as a basic type of training, a kind of systemic basis allowing to integrate educational opportunities and other learning technologies. Disclosed are three major trends in the development of problem-based learning. The first trend is due to the intensive development of information and computer tools and their integration into the education system. With regard to problem-based learning is reflected in the formation of an active problem-interactive learning technology, which is based on the interaction of at least three core technologies - the problem, and an interactive computer-based training. The second trend is directly related to one of the basic concepts of problem-based learning - a problem situation, the creation of which is in the process of learning in order to create different kinds of competence in modern education has become one of the main didactic means. The third trend is the integration of processes in didactics. It manifests itself in the development of such areas as problem-situational, prob-lem-activity, problem-modular, task-design, problem-targeted, problem-playing, problem-integrative and others.
