Problem aspects of the garage question in Russian Federation

The author analyzes the land legislation regarding the garage issue, as well as the need to introduce a law governing this area. The problems associated with the non-settlement of issues regarding the existence and purpose of garage associations are discussed. The article discusses various types of garages and their characteristics. Research methodology - analysis of scientific literature on a given topic, as well as practical experience on this issue.
