Problematic aspects of the study of the concept of "cyberbullying"

The article is devoted to the study of such a phenomenon as cyberbullying, which has become a kind of plague of the 21st century. Online bullying is ubiquitous, and every third netizen has encountered it at least once. The concept of cyberbullying has not yet been developed by the legislator, despite the fact that the phenomenon has become very widespread and there are more and more victims. The lack of a uniform understanding in the scientific community and in law enforcement practice raises doubts and difficulties in qualifying the actions of a troll. The author presents his own opinions on the concepts proposed by theoretical scientists, analyzes the current situation in the field of cyberbullying.
