Problematic aspects of the realization of human and civil rights and freedoms in the conditions of modern reality

Human rights are both the means and the goal of the formation of a civilized State governed by the rule of law, striving to ensure freedom, well-being and comprehensive development of the individual. In the modern world, the expression of human values is the institution of the realization of human and civil rights and freedoms as a way to ensure a decent life for everyone, but at present it is extremely difficult to find a state with no problems arising in this area. The author considers the issue of practical realization of the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the conditions of modern reality, based on the analyzed statistical data and on the basis of the norms of the current legislation.
