Problematic aspects of criminal policy in the field of economic security

The paper describes the criminal situation in the Russian Federation in the field of economic security, analyzes the main directions of Russia's criminal law policy in the field of economic security, and also considers criminal law measures aimed at countering organized forms of economic crime as one of the main sources of threats to Russia's economic security.
