Based on an analysis of theory and practice, the article considers the organizational, tactical and psychological aspects of establishing communicative contact with suspects and the accused persons during interrogation; the barriers to establishing contact are analyzed and recommendations on choosing optimal tactical means for establishing communicative contact are recommended.
