Problematic aspects of the legislation of the Russian Federation on weapons and self-defense

The article examines the problematic aspects of the legal regulation of arms trafficking and self-defense in the Russian Federation. The current legislation and judicial practice are analyzed, existing gaps and shortcomings in the regulatory system are identified and possible ways to eliminate them are proposed. The article suggests possible ways to improve legal regulation in the field of arms trafficking in Russia.
